Improving quality of the patient environment and experience
Role of the thematic group
The role of this group was to develop joint statements of demand for new or improved products and services that will improve the quality of the patient environment and/or the patient experience.
Outcomes
The important subject of Patient Environment and Experience was explored by consortium partner EuHPN (European Health Property Network) both through EcoQUIP events and via their wider networks. It was also a strong feature of the EcoQUIP procurement projects in Italy and Rotherham (UK) as well as the main focus for the 3rd EcoQUIP Workshop in Budapest.
A summary of the outcomes of the thematic group was presented at the final EcoQUIP meeting in Bologna, October 2016.
